I started Floppydog Website Designs during lockdown in Cape Town in 2020. I decided to take a new direction and learn Web Design through Udemy online courses. I have learnt HTML and CSS, a bit of PHP as well as Javascript to complement and enhance the website designs. There is always more to learn and I am constantly finding ways to improve my web design and programming abilities. I enjoy learning new and improved techniques while designing websites.
In a previous life, I worked as an economic assistant in a stockbrokering firm, and then as a statistical analyst for a medical aid consultancy. I then worked independantly for a number of years. After a hiatus working as a full-time mother, I am now creating and designing websites.
